The First Annual Albany Friends Of Opal’s Park (afoop.com) Block Party will be held Saturday August 26, 2006. We will close Dartmouth Street between Talbot and Cornell from 12 noon ’til at least 7pm.
Everyone on the afoop.com list is welcome to participate and attend. Please feel free to invite friends. We are an active group so please wear something to run around in and you may even get wet.
We are providing bar-b-q and beer. We’d love it if you would bring a side dish, dessert or beverage but do not feel obligated. In an effort to decrease our impact on the planet and reduce waste, we encourage you to bring your own cups, plates and utensils.
